Class Dojo
Class Dojo is our system for sending messages from class to parents. This can also be used to return some homework that may be set for your child.
There is a news feed where the headteacher will often put whole school announcements on.
Class Dojo is also a way for our class teachers to track children’s house points. They may receive points for great work or great behaviour.
You will receive a request via email to join this by the class teacher within a few weeks of your child joining the school.

ParentPay
ParentPay is our cashless office system that allows parents to pay for items such as school lunches, visits, fundraisers, raffle tickets and PPTA events etc. School does not accept cash.
ParentPay is also very important for all parents as this is where you will book your child’s school lunches, even if your child is entitled to free school meals. Our system for selecting school meals allows you to choose a specific meal for your child. Please make every effort to book meals for your child/ren for the entire month to ensure the smooth running of this system. The closing date to book meals is always 1 week before the end of the month.
For example, booking meals for October 2025 will close on 24th September 2025. Please remember to scroll past half term/holidays when there is no menu available. If you encounter difficulties scrolling past a holiday period, type the date into the drop down box.
Please do not leave it to the last minute to book meals. If meals aren’t booked the default option is “sandwich or jacket potato.” Any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

Teachers2Parents
Teachers2Parents is our school texting and emailing service. Parents do not need to sign up to this, messages will be sent out to the contact numbers on our system. Please note it is very important to read the text messages sent out. This service is used to inform parents if the school was to be closed for any reason such as snow etc.
Some messages may be generic, whole school messages and will be sent if they are relevant for all parents to know the information. You can reply to the messages and may be asked on occasions to reply to confirm something.
This service will also send you any emails. It is vital that all contact information is up-to-date to ensure you receive all relevant information.

Students that use Spelling Frame have their own personal username and password and can access all spelling lists, games and activities.
Students earn ‘Spelling Points’ by playing games and activities and can see their position on the class/school leader board (optional).
When a student gets a word wrong in a test, it is added to their own ‘Tricky Word’ list. They can then practise with those words they find tricky until they get them right.
